Welcome to Ganpati Travels – a premier taxi and tour operator based in Haridwar, Uttarakhand. By accessing our taxi services or travel packages, you agree to the following terms:

🚖 1. Taxi & Cab Services

• All bookings are subject to availability. Advance reservation recommended for outstation & Chardham tours.
• Rates include driver allowance, fuel, and tolls (unless specified). GST as applicable.
• Waiting charges may apply beyond free waiting time (30 mins for airport/railway).
• Customer must provide valid ID proof at the time of boarding.

🗺️ 2. Tour Packages (Haridwar, Rishikesh, Chardham)

• Package itineraries are customizable. Payment terms: 30% advance to confirm booking.
• Cancellation policy: 7 days before departure – 80% refund; 3 days – 50% refund; less than 24 hrs – no refund.
• Ganpati Travels reserves right to alter routes due to weather, road conditions, or govt. restrictions.

📋 3. General Liability

We ensure well-maintained vehicles with experienced drivers. However, we are not liable for delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or events beyond control. Travel insurance is recommended for pilgrimage tours.

By using our service, you agree to indemnify Ganpati Travels against any third-party claims arising from passenger misconduct.

All disputes subject to Haridwar jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is paramount. Ganpati Travels (A 23 Shivalik Nagar, Haridwar) collects personal data only to facilitate bookings and provide seamless travel experiences.

📌 Information We Collect

• Personal details: Name, phone number, email, pickup/drop locations, travel preferences.
• Payment information: Processed through secure gateways; we do not store card details.
• Device & usage: For improving our website experience (cookies anonymized).

🔒 How We Use Your Data

• To confirm taxi bookings and package itineraries.
• To send updates via WhatsApp/SMS regarding trip status (you can opt-out).
• Internal analytics and service improvement. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

📧 Data Retention & Security

We retain booking data for 24 months for operational records. All data is stored on secure servers with encryption. In case of any breach, we notify authorities as per Indian IT Act.
